Agreed. The bigger youtubers that usually play sims have done crappy play throughs, barely showing anything in the game. Had me thinking the world was dead/empty.

The bigger channels have been dropping videos nonstop ( quantity over quality) while he’s delivering the exact opposite! Point being this is only his second video and he’s still delivering aspects of the game I haven’t seen anyone else mention, ex the cars driving with no Zois in them is mad funny🤣😂

Glad they are actually giving games out to people who aren't just white women, it's nice to have more perspectives, ESPECIALLY with how it's mainly Korean characters that Inzoi is focusing on so we don't see a lot of textured hairstyles OR characters

You're the first person I've seen actually DO stuff and now I'm so ready to see how they could expand what seems like a pretty decent base. Just being able to walk around, or actually drive the car around, and the places feel organic, is so exciting. And Krafton better be careful someone's bout to make Zicked Zhims before you even blink 😭

@@MrSociofobs No it's not. You'll have to mind a lot of things if you want to add mods to it. Like load order and so on, or else you'd face game breaking problems. Another thing is if you played the game back in 2011 or 3 years after its release, the modding community is struggling to make things happen because it wasn't intended to be modded. The point is, Skyrim which didn't come with a modding tool or even a file for mods was able to be what it is today, Is a testament that modding communities will have what they want. Now, going back to InZoi, this game is set to have an exclusive modding tool that is both easy and user friendly. Just imagine how fast our works will roll out.
To put everything in order, skyrim's creation kit was released a year later, and it wasn't friendly. It was also external. All the balancing, loader creation, etc... are hard/tedious to do.
inZoi on the other hand, is coming out with a modding tool that is directly linked to the game.
@@MrSociofobs Lots of games aren't mod-friendly, yet we see them modded even before the game's done (eg BG3). Because mods are fun even if they break the game or are illogical.
TheTempest73 explains why Skyrim's is bad, but 'cause you sound ignorant of how it functions:
Creators are limited by the official mod tool/extension, so they either don't update it or will remove it. So out of nowhere, the mods you installed no longer functional or they get removed without warning.
Now, as you're here, I'm sure you're familiar with TS4. THAT is what "mod-friendly" means!

TLDR: TS4 is mod-friendly. Skyrim is not mod-friendly. Mods are created and installed regardless.
@@ismichi the sims is mod friendly but they really try hard not to be the way they break a lot of mods with each update. I think they do it intentionally sometimes out of spite

i think the ride is the same cut scene everytime i don't think it is first person view..it might get abit boring after awhile i'd of liked to see them on the rides personally and if they get on rides with other people seeing them on the ride would of been way better then any cutscene.

You get live real time first-person cutscenes for each of the rides with the environment being active around you. You get to see other Zois enjoying them too, and you can even change the angles. Of course, it's going to be repetitive after a while. They are automated rides doing the same thing again and again after all, just like in real life…
The only things i would like them to improve on the rides are making them more crowded with Zois, being able to have a third-person view where you get to see your own Zoi fully, doing the cheering animations (Maybe even an animation where they are scared or having motion sickness, like they are going to throw up), having a cutscene with a group of friends together on them with you and also having romantic cutscenes with your partner. Other than that, this is already way more immersive than the lazy rabbit hole rides in the Sims 4.

I've no qualms with the limitation--it's within my expectations--but it'll be unfortunate if they don't improve on this function. At the very least, a static 3rd-person camera as if watching them would add variety.
@@ismichi Yes, i do agree. That’s why I said I’d also really like a third-person view. It would let us see our Zois fully on the rides instead of just having the first-person perspective. Also, having that view could let us zoom in and out way more, giving us a better look at everything around us.
Would be cool to if when their on rides they could have another zois too and they can talk and interact , multitasking is something definitely needed
This is by far the most insightful gameplay showcase of InZOI I've seen so far. Very professional. I really appreciate that you are so well informed about the game, like you really did your homework. That way, you actually show us all the features instead of trying to figure them out yourself like all the other creators. Their videos are so messy. Yours is well structured. This is how it's done. There is more Zois on one carousel in Bliss Bay, than Sims in the entire city center in San Myshuno.
It says a lot. This world is big and yet it's not empty.
It would be great if they could also add tattoos and piercings, it will bring even more depth to the characters
YES! i've looked for this I also would like to be allowed for us to edit the character presets so that WE can choose the Zois that get randomly generated into the game that'd be cool! (also to add MORE presets if we wanted!)

Oh fine in game and in person! TIS is what I mean by customization. It's impossible to make good looking black characters in TS4 without mods and custom content. They gave us ash and lack luster hair the first 10 years of the Sims. inZOI is a game changer!

@@rummagingchaos best part is, it's very mod friendly. They are working with another team to create a user-friendly modding tool. The game will come out with both modding communities raining contents to the game alongside the main company. I'm also excited to get on creating new stuff with it. It'll never be a dull moment with new animations, clothing, cars, sliders, interactions being created continuously.

🦁I still can't get over the detail of putting the driver side window down, left and right turn signals.... but I do hope they have a variety of chat animations and speech also with the dancing, as soon as they clicked to dance, they would break out and do wild dancing, it would be nice to have some slow and rock side by side dances when listening to music. The mirrors sometimes look blurry or maybe that's my screen but wow. This is a daydream come to life in the virtual reality games.

I was a die hard Sims fan since I was ten, so 18 years now. 10 years ago when Sims 4 launched, I felt absolutely heartbroken by what I saw as a let down to the franchise and I knew it was not going to get any better. But I sucked it up thanks to the amazing modding community, 😭😭😭 Yall are the life's blood of the Sims community. Anyways, this game is all I've dreamed up and while Sims will always be near and dear to my heart, I'm ready to move on 😂

@@ayushdharI disagree. If it’s using the facial scan technology that 2K uses in their sports games, then it’s up to the person to decide whether or not they scan their full face. But also, it’s pointless to try and prevent the recreation of real humans in game, as humans can be replicated almost perfectly with enough work.
@@BrickfistYT not exactly sure how nba 2k does it but if its your own face only then its fine. If NBA 2k allows any face to be able to be uploaded then I have to imagine they have TOS mentioning that you can only uploaded faces you have permission to use.
@@ayushdhar it’s an app on the iPhone in which you tilt your face and head in different directions and ways so they can get a full topographic map of your face, which the coordinates are rounded and converted to the closest 3d plot values to selectable face options for the nose, eyes, ears, mouth, lips, chin, jaw, jawbone, etc..
the color of your face is measured and converted to hex codes which are rounded to the closest selectable skin tone. The same applies to hair, it takes the shape and size of your hair and matches it with the closest corresponding selectable hair option, color is determined as for all other color options.
Again, there is no reason to include that in a TOS, as long as the use of the facial likeness isn’t publicly defaming the person to whom the facial likeness belongs too. If the face can be replicated by an ai or other non human function, then it can be replicated by a human to some degree, it is impossible to determine whether the likeness was replicated by ai, or a human with intent or otherwise.

I saw the Inzoi model and then I had a heart attack when I saw you and realized they look exactly the same
I would love it if you had some sort of progression in terms of acquiring household items...If you get such a house without even having a job, then it will get boring very fast because part of the reason why the sims is great is that when you start, you pretty much start at the bottom buying a small old tv, lowest priced fridge, no washer, the house being just a simple one room house. Working hard at work made it more exciting because you could now upgrade your household items slowly while strategizing on how to well manage your money while still paying bills. In this game the first house has quite literally everything it took me two months in the sims to get...I wish they could scale it down a little so that by their next update you have even more items to choose from if you have been working...But that's just me so it might not apply to everyone (I like the feeling of buying new things like a big screen TV after a month's hard work lol)
Also hope these houses were way more expensive, especially considering the things you are getting in the house... working in a low paying job yet you own a million-dollar home is interesting

tbh I think that try for baby session got the zoi preggo. They need to make it harder to get pregnant (more randomness) and also have an option that isnt trying for baby.

Also the genetics in this game actually seem to work?! When you aged the Zoi down in the beginning he still looked like himself just far younger. That's always bugged me with other life simulators characters always look weird when you aged them into teens or children.

It's a bummer that teenagers are not available in the game yet, but I hope they'll be added sooner than later because there could be pre-teen & teen stages of life that have unique characteristics and experiences (like being moody, impulsive, high school stuff...)

How have I only heard about this game today? It looks great! The one reason I would get bored playing the sims was because it felt like all you were doing was watching them live their lives so it’s amazing that this game lets you walk around and get on rides as your character so it feels more like actually playing a game!

Running 99% gpu and only pulling 55 fps is CRAZY!!! Most people will have to play this on lower quality settings, and honestly that’s going to take away from of the big things of playing this game. It’s going to look like you’re playing on a modded gta 5. I think they have a lot going on in this game, that a lot of people just will not care for, like riding on a Ferris wheel at 1mph. The first time you do things on here, will probably be the last time.

as someone who doesn't like the use of AI in video games (especially generative AI), using it to change textures of clothing options is a pretty good use of it
Yea, AI is a double edged sword, depends on how it's used.
I want teen (or late adolescence) AND young adult. I also want toddler. I am pretty much a family and family management player so both some sort of teen/late adolescent phase AND a toddler phase between baby and child are critical to my play style.
That’s kind of common sense though, I’m sure it will be in the final product.

You’d think the people litterally being recruited to promote the game would be showing/saying that. Or confirming it in some way.

Really cool game, they don’t seem to blink enough so hopefully they give them more blinks. This is going to eat for people who made house videos and actually use the character to walk around the house like a house viewing. Plus being able to use your face to talk out of the character. I can already see it. People videos are going to be lit! And I’m excited to watch them. Hopefully in the future they come out with the use of gaming controllers for those who don’t want to use the keyboard to move the characters themselves rather then the keys, or mouse click. I do wonder though if you choose to mouse click will that make you able to click multiple tasks as they fulfill them like sims in order to control multiple inzois in one house.

This has been what little me has been dreaming of my entire life. The sims didn’t deliver in the controlling aspects like Inzoi such as keyboard movement. It makes you feel really emerged into a game , and connected.
THIS is exactly what I hope planet coaster 2 will get too. Being able to walk around freely in a life simulation game would be beyond amazing. The Sims franchise has always felt unsatisfying to me because we could never actually control a character. Click and point in order to make the character do so thing just didn’t really feel like we were controlling.
