wasent cheater though its an admin cave theres a few items that were in that base i noticed that only admin can no clip into with godmode to place. i know this as i've built one most secure caves on my own server and 2 foundations they placed can only be placed if you noclip into the terrain. and u cant do this anymore for caves unless an admin as of few patches ago to counter terrain exploiters.

I have played on official FP servers a lot. Im guessing they were not actually cheating, and were just good players. Cheaters get banned pretty quickly, even if they were cheating, that amount of loot takes a while to gain.
