What the fuck are you on about mate. The blokes wearing tank tops are PTIs, and this isn't an attendance course for recruits, this course is open to all ranks to get a green beret and it's all personal effort.
What you don't appreciate is I was engaged in a grand old past time. What is called in the vernacular "bullshiting". In other words I wasn't at all serious.
You're out of date fella, PT staff run clean fatigue as they are there in a supervisory position not a demonstration position. This came about following a number of serious medical incidents (including deaths) during PT sessions. Since this was made things have changed again and nowadays you'll also see a member of the Training Team carrying the kit as part of the Troop too.
I would of but it's too late and I am not fit another they do a good job
They make the NCOs in the back wear those tank tops aggrevate them. Seems the private go faster when they know a pissed off NCO might catch them.

That's the PTI Staff. The troop is a training troop so is under the direction of Physical Training staff.
