Monika is actually the protagonist( hero), because she’s trying to save him from the 3 girls cause the 4 of them are from different games. Watch game theory, YURI is the antagonist
Actually, the main antagonist is Dan Salvato, and the secondary antagonists are the rest of Team Salvato. If they had just given Monika a route, none of this shit would have happened. Side note: instead of calling Billy Mays to fix the MatPat take, or asking Monika what happened, I instead retconned huge portions of the multiverse.

In conclusion, the 4 girls are from different games and been lab experienced
They're from different timelines of it; the others from their home timelines were deleted, so they were merged into the same file, with Monika being the sole survivor (besides Amy, who would require Billy Mays to demonstrate the power of Flex Tape, because she sawed -the boat- *MatPat's version* in half) from the OG, and would have deleted Yuri and Sayori anyway, getting a route in Act 2 to possibly prevent Natsuki's deletion, Yuri being from a timeline directly adjacent to and below Prime, accidentally initiating the deletion of Sayori's original timeline, which is three timelines above Prime, OG Yuri Prime, and one more I'll mention later, which means she, unlike the nearly identical personality-wise OG Prime (who actually had yellow eyes in this version of the meta-timeline; Natuski-OG had dark green eyes, Monika-Y had red eyes, and Sayori-OG had orange eyes), she also has to deal with the worry of accidentally deleting more versions of the Dokis; this also causes the anxiety OG Prime had. Natsuki's original timeline is where the "watch out" changes to outright villainy, as that Yuri took out the remaining two original Primes, Yuri's original timeline, half the N-Dokis, and almost did so to Amy Prime. Yuri-N was about to delete Natsuki-N, but the accidental deletion wave initiated by Yuri-Y intervenes, deleting Yuri-N and turning Yuri-Y, Sayori-S, and Natsuki-N into the new Primes; Act 2 also awakens her disdain for Yuri left over from her OG. This incorporates either multiverse theory in tandem with Clarke's Third Law or simulations, you decide. New Y-timelines, N-timelines, S-timelines, and even M-timelines besides Prime propped up, some via modding, and some independently. Just a way of making the theory make more sense, or more confusing, you decide.
