I am in Chongqing right now - and after one day I would have to say the term "lost" is such an understatement. Even when you can see where you want to go - getting there is a whole new adventure - if you even get there at all.. I think the best way to explore this city, and most cities I have been to in Asia is to not have a destination in mind, but to allow the streets to just take you where they want to take you.. Every corner, every new street, every set of stairs - can bring new and unexpected surprises.. I just left Seoul - same story - I had a list of things in mind before getting there but I only saw 10% of them - by letting the city guide me I found so much more than what I was planning. This includes not putting a cheesy thumbnail with an even cheesier video title or just the plain, occasionally subtle, myopic title. You know, either an image of a person with a shocked expression plus the eye-rolling cliché like "I Experienced the REAL Chengdu | China Shocked Me" or something narrow-minded like "I Visited the World's Biggest City Nobody's Heard Of". Ofc, those are outliers as there is growing sophistication. And while I generally stay pretty optimistic on my own, it's always fun to come across shows of progress. I truly hope this vid and your channel blows up even more.
