Not much to really point out in the game, just a solid ah puch with good teammates.
As someone with like 30 stars on Ah Puch they need to fix his 1 really really badly. Every time I don't see it fixed in the patch notes I die a little.

@@XirogaYT the hitbox (the distance it travels before hitting a solid object) is super dynamic depending on the map and location so it is unpredictable whether your one will get stopped on a wall or be able to travel to its indicated location due to its large size and even larger hitbox.

The heal and mana you get back from the body’s is crazy but if you have like 2000 mana 3% is 60 mana per body so you don’t even have to go back to base for health or mana if you cap cool down the sustainability is crazy mid late game

I feel like ah puch should have his 2 active regardless of whether he upgrades it or not just like Bacchus 1. I mean its his basic combo so it should be like this.
There are several gods like that though. And it deals damage on its own. If it didn't deal damage and was strictly a combo activater I'd agree with you.
@@McGooness That's a fair point. It could have a "level 0" that deals no damage on its own until you put a point into it.

@@McGooness Literally what i mean. When you activate 1 on bacchus you also dont get anything except for the passive. With upgrade you get protection, without it you dont. The ability for ah puch would be to simply make things explode and thats it.

That could be great. I tend to build gem of isolation on him. The extra slow stacks with the slow from the 1, making it easier to land the combo. Also, the DoT from the 3 keeps people slowed for quite a while. It's good to help control a teamfight with the ult, too.

@27:03 I think it was the nuwa minions that stopped your corpses from traveling to Nuwa, not the wall. I could be wrong, but thats my 2 cents you didn't ask for... love the content tho!

I feel if they replaced his 3 with a jump that spawns bodies on landing would man he him more viable. It would give him mobility and out play potential plus more bodies for his passive. Imagine oneing at someone then jumping in on then spawning a bunch of bodies for huge burst.
I dont feel like he particularly needs a jump, as Mast showed in the video, as long as you position properly you'll be fine. what they really need to do is fix his 1 so its more consistent, and maybe either speed up his 2, or give him a second charge of his 3 for a buff. definitely not both though, that'd be too much.
@@Dante_Eydel ^ he's a very slow paced character, so anything that would speed up his damage potential would make a huge difference. for a god that has such a big ult and a slow, he definitely doesn't need an escape
As a main Puch i believe if the 1 could pass through walls like the bodies crawling from the underground and hit minions/gods could make it so much viable. Most of the time you get out of position just to aim your 1
Nah. I like his 3. Wrecks any god that has a heal. Been enjoying him in arena
I think I'd rather he get a speed buff from picking up corpses. Something like a 6% speed buff, lasting 5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.
My favorite is a hybrid build with at least regrowth because it lets you rotate hella

Ah Puch is my go-to when a new release is reliant on healing. That's the only time in casuals where you can bank on there being one on the other team. Now, I probably think he's better in general than you seem to, but that's also because I only play casual matches and more can be viable. If I played higher level stuff, I'd probably play him less. Now, he's also really, really good in Assault, since any form of healing is more important there. Part of my favorable view of Ah Puch is likely due to playing so much Assault.
I'm wanting to say that Chronos' ult is immune to antiheal (items and abilities that apply a healing debuff, not the brawling/out of combat system... well, that too I suppose). It used to be, but I haven't tested it in a few years.

alroghy Mast hear me out… it was an accident but it worked. I went Hades solo, I clicked on tainted steel and was into a Mulan who went soul eater so I wasn’t too mad, I went claw first, warlock, Thoth, book of the dead, and a spirit robe, I had so many shields that game it felt unreal, I had 68k mitigated and only took 33k
My favorite build for ah puch is book of thoth, chronos, gem of iso, spear of deso, spear of magus, rod of tahuti
Edit: I dont build in this order every time depends on matchup sometimes ill swap spear of magus for divine ruin
Once you hit mid to late game you can 100 to 0 anyone with your 1-3
Puch was my favorite mage bro. Built in punish for heals, mad burst, great sustain and his ult is great for several tasks. No movement so you have to play reservedly but I've had too many pop offs to not love him lol

I’ve always been partial to gem of iso and chronos to make him super spammy and slowing. Plus it gives him some soft cc so it helps his escape.

Pad stats
Mast, I need to see a vampiric build with a lot of lifesteal.
ive watched mast for over a year and i still dont know what padding stats is
Padding stats means you’re basically getting meaningless damage on someone. So, at the end of the game, the stat screen shows all damage. Someone could have 40k in damage but most of it could mean nothing if you’re just poking them in lane all game and don’t get a kill.
A fun way to pad stats in arena is go AMC and build blue stone, crusher, and heartseeker and get max cdr. Your 3 is easy to hit and can chip away at the enemies health. BUT your 3 late game can easily take away a 1/4 hp from a squishy. It’s funny to watch.

I remember playing tanky Ah Puch solo a while back, do you think it’s still viable being he isn’t effected by the out of combat healing
Puch solo is great. Has great sustain that’s literally free. Then he has an ult that is like a defensive ability. Get ganked, use ult to either get the kill or to get the Jung low while yours rotates. Might even allow your Jung to steal some farm
Never tried solo Ah Puch, but if I did, it would be tempting to go tainted steel. It would depend on the enemy solo, but if it was someone like Chaac or Hades it would take a good counter and make it even more so.
@@calebowens693 I can confirm it’s fire I did it today with pendulum warlocks breastplate gem iso and then I was already 6-1 top dmg and mit lol they surrendered I wasn’t even doing good but I was against Nike she was not a good matchup she jumps in and I ult and combo she’s already half dead easy
Just a recommendation for you when you do tanky or hybrid puch try the root speed relic it's very clutch as a defensive escape and it can be used in team fights you drop your abilities and ult then root them while they are in it
@@unknownmlg4041 yeah the funny thing is, he’s a solo where if you get behind you can always act as a 2nd support. But if you start book of Thoth and warlocks to start, then go into like a few other items of choice then the lifesteal book for the auto dmg.. l8 game huge
