It looks scrumptious. This would be good with cheese and jalapenos. Would have loved to see the texture of it. Worth a try. Looked at your videos listed. So many delicious recipes shown. Getting hungry.

I do add chili peppers chopped and cheddar cheese shredded half in the mix and half on the top it is fantastic

I use an small square aluminum pan because as good as it is it can be hard to wash (hence the pan spray importance).
