Hi Chrisdon, try using Photopea from a browser on your phone and not the app. I found the app to be difficult to use too. Also, if you are an iPhone user it's also challenging, but I have done another video for iPhone users as that's also a challenge. Good luck 👍

@@LearnwithZar I ref-followed as you said but after Step 6 I do not see "Save as smart object (from the main menu)" in my laptop. I only see Save and Save as PSD option.
@@unboxingreviewvlog7009 When you get to step 6, instead of looking for it on the menu can you press CTRL S on Windows or CMD S on a Mac and see if it works?
Good morning Jacob. Websites like Fiverr, Upwork etc. you register and you add your portfolio of previous work that you've done. You will then list a gig meaning you are selling your skills to design logos. If someone buys your gig and you design for them, they would then accept your design and pay you or not. It's not the website per se that accepts designs, it's customers who buy your services through gigs. Hoping that answers your question.
Hi Benefactor, I've only used Adobe Photoshop (paid) and Photopea (free). Try not to use Photopea on the App it doesn't work well and is extremely slow compared to on browser. Also be patient with some PSD mock-ups they take time to load, when I record I have to fast-forward the video as no one wants to waste time watching a Mockup loads when they are learning a skill 🤭 What errors are you getting with Photopea? If you want to be adventurous, you can try these alternatives shared on Google: Photopea Alternatives and Competitors Gimp. Pixlr. Fotor. PicMonkey. Befunky. Adobe Photoshop Elements. piZap. FotoJet. Hi Ann, are you using Android? Having said that, since I've made this video I've uploaded the PSD template on Photopea so that you don't need to extract etc, it was a bad experience. Hi Nadir, I take it you are referring when you've opened up a PSD mock-up on Photopea. It's on your right hand side, third from the top. It looks like a stack of 3 books. To open you click once, to close you also click once.
Sometimes community members struggle with the mockup and the 2D logo they've designed. Make sure your 2D logo is a transparent PNG and you've downloaded the mockup. Hi Dev if you are using an iPhone it's going to be a struggle as it's not compatible even if you load the PSD file using the Layer button on top of the menu. You can try and see if it works, but take note usually the smart object follows the 3D mockup. My suggestion would be to download more 3D mockups with different backgrounds.

Step 2 -Go to Photopea.com and click on (option 1) 'Open from computer' to go find your PSD file from where you've saved it and load it on Photopea or (option 2 I prefer for Beginners) click on 'PSD Template' on the landing page, click on Mockups, and pick by double-clicking on one of the templates you like - it's free to use.
Step 3 - Double click on the checked box where it says 'Your logo here'
Step 4 - Click on the eye, still on the layer section to hide the text on the PSD mockup
Step 5 - Then, select File > Open & Place (from the main menu) and go find your downloaded 2D logo on downloads / gallery
Step 6 - Size and center your logo
Step 7 - Click on File > Save as smart object (from the main menu)
Step 8 - Click on the Mockup tab to view your design (first tab on top)
Step 9 - Export your 3D logo design as png/jpg

@@LearnwithZar I ref-followed as you said but after Step 6 I do not see "Save as smart object (from the main menu)" in my laptop.
I only see Save and Save as PSD option.

@@unboxingreviewvlog7009 When you get to step 6, instead of looking for it on the menu can you press CTRL S on Windows or CMD S on a Mac and see if it works?

Good morning Jacob. Websites like Fiverr, Upwork etc. you register and you add your portfolio of previous work that you've done. You will then list a gig meaning you are selling your skills to design logos. If someone buys your gig and you design for them, they would then accept your design and pay you or not. It's not the website per se that accepts designs, it's customers who buy your services through gigs. Hoping that answers your question.

Hi Benefactor, I've only used Adobe Photoshop (paid) and Photopea (free). Try not to use Photopea on the App it doesn't work well and is extremely slow compared to on browser. Also be patient with some PSD mock-ups they take time to load, when I record I have to fast-forward the video as no one wants to waste time watching a Mockup loads when they are learning a skill 🤭
What errors are you getting with Photopea?

Hi Clement, thank you for the feedback. Are you using an iPhone? We've figured out that it doesn't allow converting to smart object. Your solution would be to use Android or PC pls.
It means that the file is not in psd form
Only in psd form you can edit layer by layer..
it's because you selected open instead of open &place. I hope that helps.

Hi Ann, are you using Android? Having said that, since I've made this video I've uploaded the PSD template on Photopea so that you don't need to extract etc, it was a bad experience. Hi Nadir, I take it you are referring when you've opened up a PSD mock-up on Photopea. It's on your right hand side, third from the top. It looks like a stack of 3 books. To open you click once, to close you also click once.

Sometimes community members struggle with the mockup and the 2D logo they've designed. Make sure your 2D logo is a transparent PNG and you've downloaded the mockup. Option of smart save is not working in my phone
Hi Dev if you are using an iPhone it's going to be a struggle as it's not compatible even if you load the PSD file using the Layer button on top of the menu. Logo is not downloading HD it is in low quality😔
If you are downloading from Photopea, reduce your px when downloading it makes quality better. If on Canva, download png, it's better quality.
Can we try with different bgs on the 3d panel in photopea?
You can try and see if it works, but take note usually the smart object follows the 3D mockup. My suggestion would be to download more 3D mockups with different backgrounds.

When I typed the password it's telling me wrong password
Make sure you are typing it correctly. Alternatively use option 2 asbon the description as I've already downloaded it for you there. Or option 3, access it on Photopea templates under mock-ups, I've also added it there for us. Best wishes

Hi Kader, Photopea is free open source software that you can use on mobile and laptop. Don't use the App on mobile the functionality is not great, use your browser instead. Add your own PSD files or use the templates provided on the platform by other designers.
