Oye una pregunta mira que tengo dos pedidos pendientes que pedí en Octubre en distintos días en JOURNALSAY pero, lo ultimo que sale en ambas es esto: Datos del paquete recibidos - Shen Zhen que corresponde al día 3 a 5 días de noviembre /23 y al ingresar a mi cuenta me sale dos opciones: 1. "Información de seguimiento plegado" y 2. "Confirmar el envió" y este ultimo me sale el botón en naranja, no se si deba oprimir el botón? o dejar pasar y esperar? ¿Qué significa ese botón? Me podrías ayudar?
