    The Thai style here looks great and the furniture all looks like very high end quality. I would remove the mirrors from one of the walls for sure. Beautiful condo 👍🏻🙏

    Decent video. I'm gong to give some honest feedback: I must admit that having watched a few of your earlier videos I thought your were a typical estate agent, stretching reality and adjectives beyond breaking point, but you seem to be less economical with the truth than most. Even made me chuckle at times. Being self-effacing is good, but don't overplay it. You are definitely getting better. You've got a more relaxed style now that works well. Still room for improvement, but heading in the right direction, and, by the way, I couldn't do what you are doing, I'd be crap at it, but criticising others is something we can all do :-)

      Not really been watching. Not a football fan, but its safeto say they stand zero chance. The only thing they are good at is penalties from the clups I have seen. Other than that they are always fluff it up

      Perso, its his style, honest comment, it works mean its not brand new but in working order, if not, ask landlord to buy a new one, simple as that. Most things are cheap in thailand. Copocapana, brand new with all the jazz, 33% further away, 33% less space, 33% price higher. My friend paid less than $15m bahts for a corner unit in View Tally 7, 143 sqm, right next to Jomtiem Plaza Condotel, it a WOW.

      Thanks, I think. Honesty is important. For myself, if I’m buying a condo, I’m always going to replace used things with something new, just to make the place feel newer rather than used. Though for renting, I’d obviously invest less in upgrading a property

    I absolutely love this condo and can see us living there over a villa. Even though you mentioned the pool is older, I still absolutely love it! The view is absolutely breathtaking 😍. Now the mirrors again not to my liking just like the property that had the bar and dance pole. Other than that, I love this property ❤. Thanks for the laughs, Curtis and Best 😅

    Those new beach front condos have a lot less space in the shower to get lucky. So, what's not to love about this condo, plus excellent value for money.

    I want to say nice things as it's in a great location and has a lovely view...but those mirrors are off-putting and let's be honest, for 40k pm you can get a villa with private pool.

    I love this property. It has everything I'm looking for in a Thai condo except for a gym. I don't even mind the mirrored walls and the only thing I'd change would be the old washing machine for one of the newer 2 in 1 units. Too bad it's only for rent.

      I understand. I will see if we have others that come up. Sadly most of the older buildings with good size rooms come with basic or no gyms.
      I think you might like Metro Jomtien Condotel. Nice size rooms, decent prices, and also has a fairly decent gym

    Quaint old Thai style ashtray spotted on the balcony table, brought me back to the halcyon days of the Marlboro Man and the JPS Formula One team era. Place could do with a few more mirrors though to increase the feeling of space. Nice unit overall. Can we do a gofundme for new shoes for Best?, starting to feel sorry for the poor guy!

    What about a long term lease? Looking to lease something for at least a year. What is the cost for utilities? Is there security? Is there a gym?

      The condo sadly has no gym, but there are several gyms around the area that have cheap membership fees.
      Long term lease is possible for sure
      There is 24 hour security and electric fees would depend on how often you had the air con on. Between 2-4k most likely if on during the evenings and not constantly on during the day

    It’s big but that’s about the only thing going for it. No gym, definitely a no-no for me when it comes to condos
    Master en-suite with jacuzzi was good

      Condo gyms are pretty much useless everywhere , there are many good gyms a short distance away.

    Nice place. Good price for it.
    Good on you for stating the price & deposit, but don't go stating "which will be refunded to you if..." like that's actually a thing that happens in Thailand. You'll probably get some or even most of it back, but a 100% full refund on a Thai rental deposit? Don't make me laugh.

      The owner is a personal friend of mine. I can say hand on heart that the full amount will be returned if there is no damage to the property and if all bills were fully paid for. I don't work with landlords who scam people out of their deposit money as I've had it happen one too many times to myself

      No. He is Thai. He is a lawyer. For myself I only take on rental units where I am confident the landlord doesn’t end up keeping most of the deposit. In this instance, the deposit will remain with myself, so that’s why I guarantee no such antics will happen

    Okay, listen. I have watched very few of your videos now where you AREN'T complaining about the cameraman zooming into your personal features. If you're that worried about it, why not just have the camera man do his work without you in the shot and voice over the video in post?? But more importantly, NOBODY is looking at you that closely, and you need to be more confident. You're selling a property, not yourself. Or, cut out the camera man and use a drone that stays fixed at a specific distance from your face and follows you around the property so you never have to chastise the poor camera guy for which it is IMPOSSIBLE to not zoom in on you in some instances where you are standing in the tiniest spaces and he's trying to get the shot. Of course, if this is just some sort of schtick that's part of your bit, ignore everything I've said..
