@Yasmim Nazaresantos Nay, neither new nor an update. Last Brutal Sister Flandre S was created around the early 2000s by Doujin group COOL&CREATE. And therefore, it is also not an update of "U.N Owen Was Her?" as Last Brutal Sister Flandre S is not official. ZUN has also not updated Embodiment of Scarlet Devil since it was released, if my memory is correct.
