Hi.. I am from South Africa and I have been looking into applying for universities abroad. The thing is that I just don't understand what a SAT or ACT score is. I am wondering where I can write that test and where should I apply for that test. Is it important? Do i need it? Does it affect my chances of being accpeted to universities? Just have a lot of questions! Pls help!
Sat score is different qualification, you would need to focus on your matric score and look at the international qualification when looking at unis and ask your teachers for advice
It depends on the university and which country you're aiming for. If you have a specific uni in mind then go on their site, click on information for international students and then on find your country/requirements for your country. For example this is the University of Kent's requirements for South African students: www.kent.ac.uk/internationalstudent/countries/southafrica.html Do keep in mind each university will probably have similar, but slightly different requirements depending on how prestigious the school is
I was thinking whether Oxford uni was the right choice for me(I know I’m 10 but I like to be prepared) after watching this video I defo want to go there
