The Battle of Kasserine Pass - Tunisia Campaign - Lego WW2 - Stopmotion

- In February of 1943 months after the beginning of operation torch or the Invasion of North Africa US and British forces have secure parts of North Africa and now are looking to advance to Tunisia and cut off German supply lines. However German Field Marshal Erwin Rommel predicted an allied attack on Tunisia and so he strengthened and secured the region. With the region secure he now looks to attack the Main Allied forces advancing to Tunisia through The KASSERINE PASS where he would finally cut off the Allied advance.

What French forces fought for the axis in north africa?
And since theres pretty much no SFX ( special effects ) in this, this is literally pure and solid effort
it's funny to see them firing with one leg kicked off the ground. Warfare is brutal, the lego cuteness made it bearable to watch.

Great animation the only problem is that the French actually fought with the Allies not the Germans during the battle.

All the figures are just firing without even reloading it’s almost massive they have infinite ammo
This is a great stop motion!
But there is just way to many extended shots people of people firing with nothing really happening.

I get the sound effects usually by searching them on youtube then downloading them for my video or I go to freesound.org for gun sound effects.

UNIFORM WW1 ?
Some french uniforms were used in ww1 and ww2 some horizon blue uniforms were seen in french troops in Africa
they are vichy french volunteers

I have a question, why were the french and germans working together? Is there something I'm not getting? (love the stop motion by the way)
After France surrendered to Germany, all French troops were under command of a German puppet state set up in France called Vichy France, which meant all French troops in their African colonies were now under command of Germany

Animating reloads takes way too long but I am improving and making my vids more accurate for my next vids

I get them mainly from brickmania and the minifig co they use lego parts and custom print military details on them, pretty cool ngl

Animating reloads is very exhausting for the length of this video but I will start doing it and improve for my next video I promise that

France, when captured in 1942, had its military in Africa transferred to the Germany military. It's known as the Vichy France military
