Cleveland is easier to evict tenants? You guys don't even know what you're talking about. You don't know how long it really takes to remove a bad tenant until you try to remove one with a free lawyer. The city of Cleveland provides free lawyers to non paying tenants. No smart investor would invest knowing that. It took me more than 2 years. Even that wasn't enough. I sold the property and im still going to court. You have zero clues how bad it is. Please talk to some landlords in Cleveland. All the judges are tenants advocates in theis housing court.
I have 35 doors in cleveland, I was able to evict people relatively quickly. Them having a free lawyer doesnt matter if you do the proper steps. Notice then eviction its pretty simple there
