    Thats awesome that people are growing their own food and trying to overcome diabetes. The songs and the hawaiian culture are always awesome . gotta love waimanalo!!

    I used to cut down sugar cane to make way for a farm. That was in 1947. We grew tomatoes initially then sweet potatoes then watermelons and now sweet corn. We were called Golden Melon Farm and now it is called Waimanalo Country Farm.
