you explained how door closers worked and made me want to buy your product even though I have no need to buy one. A quality and effective video. If I'm having rouble getting the door to close all the way would assisting the spring time also make the door properly close? or do I need to buy new latches that require less force to close?

albert pagliawan Hello albert, most cast iron door closers are repairable, all depends on if you can find a locksmith or door repair service who rebuilds door closers,
as for buying one of these, at this time its best to contact an ASSA ABLOY representative in your local area/region, from seeing your comments on other videos, I will say your in Philippines, your local representative of ASSA ABLOY may be in China mainland,
as far as I know, these are only sold/used in north america, (Canada/USA andmaybe Mexico/Panama)
I could be wrong, please contact ASSA ABLOY if the Norton 9500 is sold in your region,
