I loved it. One question though, did you bake with along with those ball tools? Can they be placed in oven? Because I never knew you could do that, used to take out bowls for baking and then ofcourse the shape changes 😟
I have to tell you that I never get tired of watching and learning from your videos! I really appreciate all the videos you’ve already made and I look forward to watching all of them, as well as the new ones. 💕
I am so happy I came across you I subscribed and liked your video! You are very kind and talented for sharing all the techniques + step by step as well as the materials! Thanks so much for making this video! stay safe Xo
Can’t believe I only just found your channel! This is amazing totally going to try this out I only have air dry clay so I’m going to see if it works. I really hope you make more miniatures soon! ❤️
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it! With air dry clay you might want to put some cling film in between the ball tall and the clay si it's easier to remove. It could be that it's fine without, but just in case :)
hi me again this is actually helpful beacause i really need these kind of bowls for crafts and i can use them aswell and for making cupcakes (polmerclay cupcakes) ilove you and your vids keep it up!😀😀
I might be starting a channel, but I don't know, because it's hard for me to promise a day to anyone for a video to be uploaded. And of course there are other things, and distractions that might cause me to miss a video. Plus I'm not the best at clay. Your really good! 😸
I did see the end; lovely little stacks of lovely little bowls. I'm in the editing stage of a miniature pumpkin soup tutorial (for fairies of course) and my soup will be in acorn top bowls. I'd love to provide a link to this tutorial in case my viewers would like to make regular bowls instead of the acorn tops. Would you mind if I linked to your bowls tut via a card in my upcoming tutorial?
You are great! I watch all of your tutorials! One question: when you create the bowls, what kind of polymer clay do you use? I guess it has to be one that is not very soft. Maybe Kato? Thank you! PS: Is there any chance that you do some courses/workshop in Rome? :)
One last question, if I may ask: if I want to do a big polymer clay gingerbread house (let's say 18 cm tall), can I do it? Should I create a structure? If yes, how? Thank you!
Yes, it's a very popular way to make bowls and certainly not the only one. I hadn't heard about Juan Gabriel, I wasn't a fan myself, but I knew who he was...very sad.
Hope you didn't wrap the clay past the centre - I let it cool down completely and very carefully I ease a craft knife into the side. It helps to put it in water I think :)
Thanks! You'll have to raise that end of the ball tool like if your tray has a raised rim you can rest the ball tool on it making the ball stick out, or maybe put it on a plate or bowl, with the "bowl" end sticking out so that it doesn't touch anything. Hope that was clear ^_^
Mine did not melt, if you are worried you can wrap them in kitchen towels or something that will protect them from direct heat or simply use marbles. Floraphine Cassandra
How do you get the bowl off of the ball tool? Or can you bake it on the ball tool? Mine have a plastic in the middle and I'm not sure it can withstand the baking
Mine are also metal like yours and have a blue type of plastic for better gripping in the middle, just like yours. I'm wondering if maybe it's just the type of clay that I use, Sculpey. It's really soft and when I go to pull it off of the metal ball, it messes up by stretching out no matter how easy I try to be when pulling it off.
I know this is an old question, and I don't really know anything about this stuff, but would refrigerating it for a while before trying to remove it help?
U can but it will crack after a couple of months however it also depends if u are using glaze and if u are then it would probably last for a couple of years
^_^ I do so very carefully. I use a knife to gently ease it off and then use my nail/fingers. Make sure you're not covering the ball tool with clay past the widest point or you will have to trim it further :)
Really helpful! Never thought about the marbles, it's a great idea. Thank you for sharing!
Thanks for watching!
So you bake the bowl on the ball tool?
Hi there! I am using air dry clay so I have to wait for it to dry then i can take it off the marble right?
Thanks for sharing. I kept buying them, now I can make my own!
I like the way you use marbles to help make a bowl. I just happen to have some marbles! Thanks for this tutorial, Maive! ~Janet in Canada
You are so welcome!
I loved it. One question though, did you bake with along with those ball tools? Can they be placed in oven? Because I never knew you could do that, used to take out bowls for baking and then ofcourse the shape changes 😟
I also face the same problem when taking the bowl out from the tools
came here to ask this lol
@@cierrafillyaw4235 i suggest adding powder on the tool before adding thr clay so it can pop out easier
I have to tell you that I never get tired of watching and learning from your videos! I really appreciate all the videos you’ve already made and I look forward to watching all of them, as well as the new ones. 💕
I love them! especially all stacked up! so cute!
Thanks!
Thanks for posting this! I bought the tool on a whim and couldn't find a use for it now I can make the bowls^_^
Glad the ball tool came in handy ^_^ It's good for shaping larger sculptures, think of it as a giant nail art dotting tool ;)
Thanks for making this video. I thought I was hopeless when making the miniature bowls.
i am following every step of how you do it is so amazing i love your videos!
Thank you :)
They're charming. Thanks for the tutorial.
You are just a little genius! Im obsessed!
Haha thank you!
I really like this tutorial. I always need to be shown. It`s the kind of mind I have.

@@MaiveFerrando thanks! Yeah I think I’m going to try again because the bowl wouldn’t come out so I’m going to try with some cling film this time 😊
amazing work and technique ❤ Very helpful and beginner friendly😊
It's really fun the way we youtubers are supporting each others.... All the best youtubers. Let's meet at the destiny. 😁😊

Love how your bowls came out. I too have those ball tools they are great.
They are really good indeed...I will post another video on how to make bowls in a different way, which is more similar to my plates tutorial.
You are the best youtuber i know 😘😘😘😘😘
super i never see this
thank you for sharing
Beautiful
You've just got a delightful camera voice.
2:29 The round ball sculpting tool can bake in the oven?
Awesome idea! Thanks!
(not trying to be mean) in it wasn't a mold but it caught my eye it helped a lot now I can "cook" with my new bowls!
Love the look of the stack of bowls at the beginning. :)
Haha did you see the end?

+CertainlyCaroline sure, no problem :)
I added a card linking to this tutorial in my pumpkin soup video. Thanks again for sharing, I love your videos!
I like when you say cau cau😘
wow cute
Thank you! X
Do you bake your ball tool with the clay on it?
I didnt realise you can put those ball tools in the oven as they have a coating on the handle really handy that you can. ☺
I wanted to try and it worked, nothing happened. Maybw it's some kind of silicone. Alternatively, you can use glass marbles. 😊
love this
So easy, thank you! Great video.
thanks and good job
You are great! I watch all of your tutorials! One question: when you create the bowls, what kind of polymer clay do you use? I guess it has to be one that is not very soft. Maybe Kato? Thank you! PS: Is there any chance that you do some courses/workshop in Rome? :)
I use mainly PREMO and FIMO Professional. No, I'm afraid I don't do workshops anywhere, but thanks for asking :)
One last question, if I may ask: if I want to do a big polymer clay gingerbread house (let's say 18 cm tall), can I do it? Should I create a structure? If yes, how? Thank you!
Do we have to bake the bowls after shaping?
Thanks! This will help with my friend's present! :D
Hii
I am kaviya
I am your fan
I loved this so much!! Just what I needed to continue my project! Thank you so much 😊 now I'm off to buy the ball tool :)
Thanks! You can use glass marbles too! X
This is really good aaa-
Thank you!
I have a question, I have the same tool you have can I put them in the oven with my clay?
love it! One that is pretty easy!
Thanks :)
Muy lindos me gustaron los de dos colores
OMG! that's exactly how I made my clay bowls BEFORE this video, & idk if I got it from another person, Maive, did u hear about Juan gabriel??😢🎤
Yes, it's a very popular way to make bowls and certainly not the only one. I hadn't heard about Juan Gabriel, I wasn't a fan myself, but I knew who he was...very sad.
Thanks so much for making what I recommended! That means a lot! Great tutorial as always!❤️
No problem Shannon. Glad you liked it! This is just one way to make bowls, I will post another one when I get mold putty because I ran out ^_^
+Maive Ferrando okay! I will look forward to that video! :) ❤️
Beautiful you're subscribed 👍😍🤩❤
Question: How big or small is the marble used for your tutorials?
Will u bake the bowl along with the ball toll?
Yes. It's metal and silicone.
Yes
i like it very much
Thanks :)
sooooòooooo cute😄😄😄
Thanks!
What power can be placed on the tool to help get clay off of tool?
I have a hard time getting the bowl off of the mold to bake. Any suggestions
The one I'm using I think u would, but what I was wondering was the nail polish it self.
I don't think I would risk it if I were you ^_^
Me encanta tu canal!! Me suscribo😄
Muchas gracias y bienvenida!
this video is amazing. and your channel is so creative and beautiful👌👌👌👍👍👍👍how do you make all these tutorials😮😮😮
Thank you Jana...I'm glad you like my channel :)
Hi, What size marbles did you use?
Thanks and enjoyed the tutorial.
Thanks, there are two sizes of marbles I know of, I used the smaller or regular ones.
Awesome
Thank you :)
I love it and I hope when I'll try it , it will be same
Thanks, let me know how they turn out!
i like that video
How do u get the clay out of the marble after that? My clay totally sticks on the marble and can’t get it out
Hope you didn't wrap the clay past the centre - I let it cool down completely and very carefully I ease a craft knife into the side. It helps to put it in water I think :)
awesome video! :D i was wondering how you positioned the ball tool in the oven without deforming the shape of the bowl? x
Thanks! You'll have to raise that end of the ball tool like if your tray has a raised rim you can rest the ball tool on it making the ball stick out, or maybe put it on a plate or bowl, with the "bowl" end sticking out so that it doesn't touch anything. Hope that was clear ^_^
+Maive Ferrando and you can bake the rubbery handle of the ball tool just like that? it doesn't melt?
Maive Ferrando ah yes, awesome! thank you! :D
Mine did not melt, if you are worried you can wrap them in kitchen towels or something that will protect them from direct heat or simply use marbles. Floraphine Cassandra
Me gusta tus videos yo te reto a que agas plantó sin porcelana
Yo Soy brasileño y quiero muchisimo viajar para Colombia ... Hablar con Las Chicas
I loved it
Thanks!
Hello, do you put your tools ball in the oven with the bowl ?
Yes. You would need to, in order for the bowl to keep its shape.
Muy Guapos
Very good but I can't find a tiny cutter scotlNd uk
cool lovet
Thanks!
How do you get the bowl off of the ball tool? Or can you bake it on the ball tool? Mine have a plastic in the middle and I'm not sure it can withstand the baking
Because mine is metal I can get it off, don't put yours in the oven if it's plastic..use a glass marble instead :)
Mine are also metal like yours and have a blue type of plastic for better gripping in the middle, just like yours. I'm wondering if maybe it's just the type of clay that I use, Sculpey. I know this is an old question, and I don't really know anything about this stuff, but would refrigerating it for a while before trying to remove it help?
very beautiful :) can I used air dry clay?
Yes, I don't see why now :)
I just want to ask, What kind of liquid did you use? Thanks
It's liquid clay, specifically she says it's Fimo Liquid Clay, but any kind of liquid clay would work the same.
is there any other substitute for fimo liquid?
at what temperature it should be baked?
Amei muito lindo😙😙😙
Obrigada :)
Can you paint the bowls with nail polish? Btw this helped a lot 😊
Unfortunately no. You'd have to use water based paint. I'm glad it helped :)
U can but it will crack after a couple of months however it also depends if u are using glaze and if u are then it would probably last for a couple of years
what kind of clay did you used?
Maive Ferrando
Muchas gracias por contestar, sigue así!!💗
How do you peel it off the marble? Mine sticks!!
^_^ I do so very carefully. I use a knife to gently ease it off and then use my nail/fingers. Make sure you're not covering the ball tool with clay past the widest point or you will have to trim it further :)
Which material you used in this clay
Hermoso
Can you bake ball end tools? The handle part looks plastic.
Mine were fine and I think it's because they are like silicone, not plastic. If yours are plastic, then use glass marbles instead ;)
But how did u remove from the ball
Que lindlooooo
Gracias!
is there any trick to cut out the bowl on the marble evenly? sometimes it's hard, I end up with uneven edges
Turning the ball tool instead of the blade, and try to keep the blade at eye level so you can get a straight view of what you're doing :)
Can we put it in heat🔥🔥
I have a question what is polymer clay
Can I bake the marbles with polymer clay?
Yes, you can :)
what is the tool called that has the ball on the end?
ball tool
Does the clay stic to the marble?
It does, but you can remove the clay from the marble after baking.
What I tried didn't work, but what I'm doing is I used a silicon mold made by modge pod. I made chips and dip! 😸
Ohhh I've never heard of using modge pod to make a mold, would love to see how you did that.
Actually did a similar thing but with top of the nail polish cap.
Yes, that's fine...the idea is to use whatever shape you like/have to make the bowls. Could you put the nail polish cap in the oven?
Can i bake d marble???
