It really would be tough to keep players in good spirits. Having a guy like Ralston seems a great example. He’s waiting in the wings, always seems ready. You never know when you’ll be called on. Wanyama way back when too, on the bench forever, and Kayal had his ankle taken by some twit. Takes his opportunity. Man management is key.
I'd love to know what was going on behind the scenes for the first six months, everything just felt wrong! I actually didn't think we'd win the league after the January transfer window, now I just want us to get it over the line! :)
I’d like to see more of what goes on in the dressing room before a game. Lechia Gdańsk who are also green and white in Poland always do like a documentary the team talk in the dressing room uploaded to RUclips. Very amped.
