RX 6600 offers best efficiency if your really trying to save electricity bills, its pretty much situation and preference like, if your able to keep a steady pay at your electrical bills while also having a much beefy gpu than RX 6600 like a 7600 or 4060, or having a fluctuating bill with other appliances taking a shine on your money and having a 6600. In conclusion, its all a win-win situation, unless your situation is similar to mine so i'll take the 6600 thank you, its pretty much the most efficient out of all of them, hell I would just overclock and undervolt the card to reach frames higher than the 3060, while also maintaining a good power draw 100 and below.

No pairing a 4090 with a ryzen 5 5500 would lead to bottleneck. The cpu would significantly hold back the 4090 i would advise getting a better cpu preferably a ryzen 7/9
Your optimization sucks, I have RX 6600 and the i5 13400 and I have like 35 - 45 more FPS than you on four games you posted here. I believe that u didnt optimize anything here. I dont know where did you get this numbers, on RE 4 all the cards shows a crappy FPS when my RX6600 get about 85 - 90 on ultra settings.

The RX 7600 is better in some games than the 4060 and in price it is much lower, clearly the better option.

This comparison makes the 4060 looks sweet. Except that the current and future games optimization which will make any GPUs in the list die faster. 🙂

Upgrade your CPU to RYZEN 5 5600 as the RYZEN 3300x may not be sufficient for the RX 7600.

Now I have rtx1650 for GPU, Ryzen 5 5500 for cpu and 16 gb of ram . Can anyone tell me if my PC will handle 4090 or if I have to change my cpu too ?
