You should give all the hashtag united players fut cards and depending on how the game/ season goes, give them informs, motm, potm, 1tw, toty, tots, etc. Also you could create them in FIFA and do a manager career mode with the created hashtag players
When you say that if any new player doesn't score you'll drop him if they hit the post you should let them have one half of next match

just a reccomendation, 2 people could get relegated, one being burntchip, and you could try and include a professional or ex professional to change things up a bit it may be a bit of trouble but it would be worth it
