I feel they made Lucas have a bad past on purpose. I don't agree with the writing this season. They really should show a better perspective of his character to cancel out the negative comments from fans who hate him. I don't think I want to see this series going forward as they are really making his character look bad to those who hate him and they are making the other person look so good when he is nothing like Jack Thornton. I hope something happens to make them realize that they are losing a lot of fans because of what they have done.
