Another one for my upper body playlist, thank you! Really loving this format. A quick question, if I may - are triceps kickbacks a good substitution for skull crushers? I just got a massive ear piercing that needs to heal so I'm trying to avoid both mat time *and* any exercises where I might accidentally bump anything (I have those... not so great quality adjustable dumbbells that are HUGE so it's a bit hard to maneuver around them).
You would need a lighter weight for kickbacks than used for skull crushers so might be hard to switch mid set. Maybe try just lowering them down just higher than your & stop a little short 👍
I ve done this workout several times now, really like it. What gets me everytime is when you say 17.5kg dumbbells and i think' no no no i ll definitely go lighter than that for shoulders'. And then at the first rep you realise you ve gone too heavy and i m pissing myself 😂 cudos for posting it unedited, one should be able to laugh at one's own mistakes.
