Now am trying to get permanent meter connection for (2+2+1+3)=8kw One of contractor said,the building will come under Abanded layout So he asking 13000 for 1 kw. But site owner saying this is not a abonded layout its a self layout and he only kept the transfirmer him self. So i am confusing here sir. Please advise
