    - Navigating mental health alongside physical health challenges
    - Ella’s catalyst moment for looking at diet to improve her health

This was a great interview; Charlotte did so well, very calm, collected and thoughtful. She let you talk and did not as fluffy questions to move things on. this was so great and I really appreciate how candid Ella is x

Ella, thank you so much for sharing more about your journey and specifically mentioning that you still have symptoms pop up if you aren’t taking care of yourself. I got you first cookbook on a whim (my then 1 year old had the same name and I’m a dietitian so it was too perfect to pass up). Seven years later I discovered I had lupus and went from eating lots of plant based meals as a way to have fun eating more vegetables to trying to manage the disease with lifestyle. My labs are normal now (🎉) but sometimes symptoms pop up and it can feel like I’m failing. So reassuring to hear your experience and learn more details about your journey as I’m going through mine. Thank you for sharing more details about your health journey to help others figure out a path on theirs.

Thank you for your honesty! I'm so happy you're back on RUclips. My husband and I use your app and books every week. I was over the moon when I found out your books in 2015 as, as you said, a lot of people would think someone is crazy for wanting a better diet (more plant based, refined sugar free, etc) back then. You have inspired me to come up with my own healthy recipes 😊 Can't wait to see more from you on this channel 😊

Ella I had Post partum depression too so I can relate totally… to be running a business alongside is the biggest ask and no wonder you had a wobble at that time… you came through the other side and can now help others which is the silver lining to your situation 🙏🏼🌀🙏🏼Thanks for sharing and helping others

I feel so confused in my own health journey. I have tried to stuff vegetables into every meal I can and sometimes have felt great eating a lot of plants but recently discovered the danger of eating too many oxalates and cut out spinach and sweet potatoes which were staples in my diet and my skin is looking so much better. I then fell down the carnivore rabbit hole and wonder if that is what my body needs as the stories of healing autoimmune conditions and diabetic symptoms is astounding. But I think I will try to just stick to the whole, unprocessed foods idea for now. All that said, I have such an appreciation for Ella sharing her story and insights. I am always astounded at what she overcame and the way she sheds light on this topic is so incredible and moving. She is a gem of a person and I am always rooting for her, even if I start eating steak every day 😅

Actually I don’t see that she is humble … in her recipe book she tried to make out as if she got far because of the fact that she was a model and who she knows . There didjnt appear to be any humbleness in her book
