He is around 20 years old, and said the 8 (now 9) year old girl “blackmailed” him and would expose him. He said he was gay to make him more “innocent”. Luckily, on July 31st of 2022, 20 year old Brandon R. Heaberlin from Grayson, Ky, was arrested by EKUPD for sexual abuse and unlawful imprisonment charges, though he was let out on bail and has yet to be fully convicted of anything. I for one experienced this at 5 with my neighbor who was about 6 or 7. His sister was there, and I remember her telling her brother... you better do that to me too, or I'm telling mom and dad. It's not a very elaborate plot of blackmail but blackmail nonetheless. She probably would've folded had he pushed harder, but he was 16 and a predator.
