We at Johorse Europe have added a great invention to our program that achieves unique results within 2 hours to steam whole hay bales up to 1.4 meters. This steaming system (HDS 1500 from Gebhardt) provides steamed hay for 5 to 60 horses to significantly reduce the respiratory burden of bacteria, molds, yeasts and dust, among other things, and it is ideal for any horse barn.

With the newly designed hay steamer HDS 1500, round bales up to a diameter of 1.4 meters can be reliably steamed.
This makes it possible for the first time to supply larger herds with hay on a permanent basis. The powerful system requires a cycle time of around 2 hours for a round bale.
For this purpose, Gebhardt's proven steam generators have been further developed especially for use in hay steaming.
The hay steamer HDS 1500 has the necessary power reserves to reliably and quickly steam the extensive hay mass of big bales.
In terms of safety, it is designed for installation and continuous operation on farms and is ready for use within 1 to 2 minutes.
Direct drinking water connection, 400 volt connection and complete stainless steel construction ensure trouble-free continuous operation and guarantee reliable steaming.
With the help of the built-in timer and the three-stage power preselection, the desired process duration as well as the required amount of energy can be set with pinpoint accuracy.
