it is mainly because she couldn't give it unless she was defeated. plus she didn't have control of the core, hence why she couldn't maintain the shield for longer than she did at the beginning of the entire battle of Wardington City (which started when Marucho engaged that fish thing.
I've always liked that part. The infinity core like: i'm giving you ultimate power, you can use all 6 attributes. When the silent core: bruh, you can do evil rays and smoke and hide behind army of mediaeval paladins. Or maybe Naga wasn't able to use such abilities cause he was a bakugan without any attribute.
