Totaly agree, man! I've played a lot of music, but this still is the most amazing thing for me.
Perfectly charming, as is all Francaix. Hoping this more famous work of his brings more awareness to his sizable oeuvre.

The solo part is very chromatic so I'm not sure it would make much difference using a clarinet in A.
