Wow, not only i learned the main purpose,
i also learned many small concepts in between like assigning list to control by data validation, applying conditional formatting to controls, and so on. I have been working on vba and forms for long. i never thought there are simple ways like this.

jeise aap stock maintain ka exel banaye hei usitarah aap ek exle banaiye jisme -income ,expenses and profit,loss and savings show karega
I am using this method for cheque issue however I have multiple Items under paid to and for so when I am using submit it is adding however not appending the new items it is overwriting the old data and replacing with new one
Sir give two more buttons for "Find" and "Edit" as well

With the given understanding, I have one other issue if you can resolve........
In the primary Data entry - I have multiple products with diff qty and diff rates, one form may have 5 products and others may have 3, 6, 8 and so on.........Now if i give formula for max 10 rows and through Macro it will go 10 rows despite form could have diff rows for diff forms as it is being Paste special........
How do I resolve this as I need to run macro till the filled up rows.
