I want you to look at what you can buy in places like Atlanta and Texas for this same price. It’ll put this place to shame by orders of magnitude.
Absolutely correct - but they aren’t really comparable markets…
For instance, the fall of 2008 in Texas, Atlanta or all across the unites states… Canada 🇨🇦 didn’t feel much more than a blip in the upward trend for prices because of how our mortgage qualifications work.
Apples to oranges - if you’re planning to relocate, home affordability should 100% be a large consideration before moving here.
There are also other benefits to quality of life when you choose a house like Mullin Way to call home 🏡

Might want to redo your ad as it has inaccurate information “1.3m” and “1.2m” price tags are mixed up. As well as this house being extremely small for that inflated value while the housing bubble’s pop is rippling through Burlington progressively.
