I bought the shoulder bag for the Steam Deck directly from your store hoping I would get a good fit on my Steam deck. It’s completely lose and moves around the case, which destroys the purpose of a fitted case. I never use it because of it. I was hoping to get a good fit as I’ve seen in some videos but I got the 0105A version (the only purchasable option in your store now) and I’m really dissatisfied with it. Also, the Velcro in front of the screen would eventually scratch it. There would be no need for Velcro if the steam deck would fit exactly, but it’s all lose in the compartment.
Can you give me a solution?

This is for the ROG Ally, not the Steam Deck bruh. You can clearly type, but, can.. you.. read? I take it this is your first time making a purchase before? Then again, maybe you just know something I don't about customer service. That leaving a complaint about one product on a completely unrelated product video on the company's RUclips page of all places is the real way to get their attention and your issue solved. And here, all this time myself and every other consumer on else on earth have been getting our is used solved the old way via email/phone call like imbeciles!
