Hey author! I don't know when this was made but I totally understand what you're going through. I am going through the same thing right now and you're not alone. During this you may not want to tell your parents and that's perfectly fine if that's how you feel. I've noticed that whenever I feel like this I do something to take my mind off of these things. For example today I went out for ice cream and felt much better, and if you need a moment to cry you can! This is not just for you but for anyone who senses something negative in them, but crying does not make you weak, it makes you even stronger, not saying that you have to cry all the time when you feel that way, but if you feel scared to cry don't be. Also I noticed your connection with your therapist and go have fun with them(not trying to assume the pronouns) but sometimes we need to be closer to the ones who understand us because it could really give us a boost in our self confidence. I have said this to another author but you don't have to do this it's just a recommendation for you. Grab a container or a jar of some sort and write positive character strengths about yourself on different pieces of paper, you can ask someone or do it yourself, then every night open a one of the pieces of papers and read it to yourself then keep that in mind for the next day repeat this until you don't feel like you need them anymore, you can throw them out or keep them to yourself for another day. I know this was so long and I'm sorry but hope this helps!😊

Health comes first...I am also in depression it has been past 3 years after got to bts It has a become less effective on me...but still it comes....and this happens I start to consume coke a lot...still I also started it from the past few weeks...
