In BTD6, the imf won't let you take out debt until you paid off the debt for that specific imf, so if you used the ability on one imf, you can still use it on a new one, but not on the old one until its personal debt counter is taken care of. In battles atm, it seems like you can use the ability on cooldown regardless of how much debt you've paid off. A solution like BTD6 seems like it would work well in battles as well and not be this broken
