For the small businesses or personal use, you can buy a powered automatic shoe shining machine, replace the nylon brushes with wire wheel brushes (you may need to adjust the hole and bearings with the help of local turner shop or if you can do it yourself it will be so nice). It will cost you less than $100, I bet.
