How to analyse single technique in different houses through the chart in Vedic Astrology.

Some of the Vedic Astrological books mentiined, "see father from 9th house in South India/South from Bindhyachal and father from 10th house in North India or North from Bindhyachal parbat. Nepal lies North from it. So, North indian Chart and Nepalese Chart in astrology seems the same. In the video above, i have mentioned father from 9th (because of the book which i've read before) but we can analyse the same things from the 10th house.
