Klubben låg i ett gammalt industriområde, ingången under en lift, med information om att den kunde klara Max 500 kg, därav namnet på klubben :)

That's the translated 2nd verse. Other than point out Frankenstein's author, I'm not gonna try to interpret that, but it's sheer genius.
I 100% agree. That's a brilliant translation, as it partially rhymes and maintains the meaning simultaneously, but the original is even more beautiful as it rhymes all the way.

Interestingly, Beaudelaire was born about a month and a half after John Keats died, in 1821. Therefore the line "And in a lightning flash i see Keats standing beside Baudelaire" implies some sort of supernatural connection.

The song is meant to be a peek to all critics who thought that the members always sat and drank red wine while reading old victorian poetry. So the song is actually isn't about something, just an answer and mock to all critics by using old actors, old poets and so on.
True but a lot of bands have done great work in character. Sgt peppers was mostly written in the character of a fictional band. Clearly some of the critics were right since this song feels authentic.
If that's true then I think it's a shame they wasted such a good composition on meaningless lyrics.

Interestingly, Fred Astaire and Billie Holiday both recorded the Gershwin song called "They Can't Take That Away from Me" in 1937. Astaire's version appeared in the movie "Shall we Dance." Thus, in those segregated times, the two, though contemporaries, could only dance, or move together, in separate recordings (or "in a lightning flash"!)

@phoranea It's probably cus many of their videos were made before 2006, when I believe RUclips got started. They do have some songs with 250k + views though. But many of their better songs got 10-15k views though, like you said.

Thank you for the explanation. Sometimes it's quite difficult to understand the context behind a song in other languages even with a roughly correct translator. I guess that's the gap between different cultures...
Kent band's songs are meant to be interpreted as anyone likes; "in the eye of the beholder" way. Jocke Berg was extremely secret with ever telling what the lyrics meant. And it was very hard to get the rest of the band members to get a good explanation from him to about all the songs he wrote.
