When I export it and load it in unity it's completely white with no texture
Import the textures you used for the model into unity
Or just texture in unity

So, I did everything correct, yet the mesh on my player model is still on the poles coming out of the wrists. Do you know how to fix this???

hold ctrl + p. Sometimes it does not show up, because you have to select the mesh first (head, body- all of the arm parts, hands) and then the rig.
