4:28 hate to contradict you Paul but actually you can obtain a loan without collateral. It is called "Unsecure Loans" (ie Unsecured Fixed Rate Loan, etc) because there is no collateral for the bank to hold hostage to make it a "Secure Loan".
You can also swap coins with a loan for the second it Takeshi to swap between two exchanges with different prices and keep the profit but think there is a limit not sure

Interesting, we know Ripple will announce the details of their $USD stablecoin at the XRP Ledger Apex in Amsterdam June 11-13, but it seems pretty obvious that they’ve chosen a European location to also announce a MiCA compliant $EUR stablecoin at the same time. 👀. Wrt RWA, Ripple has partnered with Axelar too. Lots of moves coming together in 2024 for XRPL (L1 AMM, EVM side chains, Bridge, L1 Oracles, etc).
