  • Join me today as we pick fresh cabbage and broccoli greens from the garden and turn them into spicy fermented cabbage! This is a kimchi style recipe, perfect for beginners.
    Ingredients:
    500g Fresh Napa/Chinese Cabbage
    100g Fresh Broccoli leaves
    10g celtic salt
    2 Tbsp fermented or fresh ginger
    2 Tbsp or 3 cloves fresh minced garlic
    2 Tbsp soy sauce
    2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 lemon juice (optional)
