In one of the shows that The Warning played opening for Halestorm in the USA, drummer Arejay Hale accompanied the performance of Disciple on one side of the stage (he would soon participate in the song Narcisista that would be played next). His enchantment with Paulina's performance was visible. At the moment that Paulina performs a complex turn while singing and smiling, Arjan puts his hands on hishead and grabs his hair with an expression of astonishment and admiration. At the end of the song Narcisista he goes to the microphone and praises the girls' talent and quality. The Warning went from being just one of the opening bands to gaining the respect, friendship and admiration of the veteran band.

I've seen them live twice and there is electricity in the air even before they start playing. After they start playing it's like that electricity courses through your body. You not only hear the music, you feel it, Ale's bass rumbles across the stage Pau's snare hits you right in the chest, Dany's vocals cut through strong, and their stage presence is unbelievable. They are one of the best live bands I've ever seen.
Dany says she doesn't do soaring guitar solos because they are all about each other rather than showing off. She does solos that enhance the overall sound.
You pretty much can't go wrong with any song from this Teatro Met concert. Every song is brilliant. If you want more of Paulina's (the drummer) vocals check out '23' or 'Dust to Dust'. If you want more of Dany's (the guitarist) vocals check out 'When I'm Alone' or 'Martirio'.
Great reaction! I'm a new subscriber from Vancouver BC 🇨🇦. I came for "The Warning". I absolutely ❤ this band! Please check out more of their songs. They are all bangers!
So glad you’re back for more … and following recommendations. (Appreciate the shoutout!) Keeping with the Pau theme, for a change up, I suggest the song “23” from the same concert where Pau songs the entire vocal from behind the kit. It’s a true “Pau-er” ballad and she conveys real emotion and passion through some terrific lyrics.
Paulina signs lead and plays drums in "Dust to Dust" and "23"! You should check those out from this same concert at Teatro Metropolitan. She's amazing!
Nice reaction Justin, obviously you can see the talent in the band, but their lyrics are worth looking into. Disciple is about social media manipulation with misinformation to the ignorant, to not believe everything you hear. Evolve has to do with our obsession with evolution. They are damn good songwriters, cheers.
Best live band I've ever experienced. They leave you wanting more and the next thing you know you're looking at dates and trying to figure out how you can see them again. They are amazing and I will be a life long supporter. Subscribed.

This is a deep rabbit hole despite how young they are. They have around 50 original songs in their catalog with their new (4th) album dropping next year, which should add another 13 or so. Dany (the guitarist) does most of the lead vocals, but all three of them sing. Ale, the bass player rarely sings lead and is limited only to whenever Dany or Pau has a cold or other throat issues. Othrwise she does backing vocals. Pau, the drummer, sings lead on about 20% of their tracks, often the ballad. She has no problem playing drums and singing at the same time as she has practiced doing that from the beginning. She practices singing while running on a treadmill so she can control her voice without it being adversely affected by her playing drums. If you want to see a great example of what she can do, check out "23" from this same concert. She sings lead throughout that song while playing a fairly aggressive drum pattern at the same time. There is little or no sibling rivalry on display during their performances. Each of them has a role and is comfortable with it and the other two are their biggest fans. Family is more important to them than anything else. They usually compose their songs together, though Pau is usually the one who initiates the process. All three of them have composed complete songs by themselves, though. Pau seems to be the lyrical genius of the three. They say they fight the most over the composing of their songs. You won't see extended solos on any of their music. They only do solos when the song feels like it needs it. They simply do not upstage one another, which is quite refreshing after having lived through the excesses of the 80s when it seemed like everyone in the band took multiple extended solos during a show to demonstrate their virtuosity on their instruments. Any of these ladies can hang with the best musicians int he world on their instruments, which is kinda scary when you consider their ages (23, 21, and 19)and that they are still growing and getting more proficient each time they practice or perform.
Hey JP! I’ve been away from your channel for a while. Sorry about that! But how great to tune in and see you checking out The Warning! What a great band, with a great story behind them. And then there’s the songwriting and musical craft. A recent discovery for me (a month or two) but I’m all in! Glad you’ve been Warned too!
Welcome back, I checked out your playlist. Lots of my all time favorites. Iconic bands that I grew up with. Now that I found The Warning, I've got some fresh new awesome music in my life . lately all I need is The Warning on repeat.. This band is friggin exceptional...🤟🎶☮️
Paulina is a machine! She beats those drums like they owe her money. She's one of two female drummers (the other being Sheila E.) that play like they have a nut sack. Amazing talent. All three of those gals.
Ale (Alejandra) 🎸🎤+ Pau (Paulina) 🥁🎤+ Dany (Daniela) 🎤🎸 Villarreal. Three talented Mexican sisters. !!!🎵ole ole ole oleeee Warning Warning🎵¡¡¡. Greetings from Argentina.
Excellent reaction, very interesting analysis, very entertaining opinion and commentary. They have a formidable innate talent, each one of them. Innate but with practice taken to the sublime. Despite their youth, they already have a lot of experience on their path in addition to their great preparation since they were children. Their attitude, discipline and will to achieve their goals are leading them to great, well-deserved achievements. Daniela, Paulina y Alejandra… They are still on the road to the top, but with too much potential, enough to think it will be inevitable. Furthermore, the volume of quality that each of their creations implies is great… and the number of songs that carry said quality is enormous, which for me could be “The Warning label”. I’m sure that each of their creations is subjected to a meticulous quality process before finally seeing the light… And not only in the technical aspect, but we have also already proven that they have an exquisite taste for good music that emanates from them when they become inspired and creative. Added to all this is that they are surrounded by an excellent family and fraternal team totally committed to their project… And they have a fan base, “The Warning Army”, tremendously loyal to them that is decisively involved in supporting them because they have deservedly earned it for being incredible and surprising human beings. Knowing this will give you a much better perspective to better value Dany, Pau and Ale, and maybe you will understand that TW is not just a band of talented girls who make good songs… No, it's about music, really art with the brilliance of a "masterpiece" created and performed by three genius performers from an early age who have been developing and evolving by leaps and bounds. The beauty of their art lies in its simplicity. Each of these amazing rock masterpieces must be appreciated in all its dimensions and then be surprised again that they are creations of those who have wonderful talent but who, due to their age, still have much more talent to develop. They are already admirable but their potential increases exponentially as they achieve success. As long as all this continues to flow with this equation they will soon reach the top of the world where they deserve to be. We're always looking for more from our favorite band of all time. Thanks, especially for the mention of me... and regards from México!! 🇲🇽 🤘😁✌️
Thanks for the reaction! They will hit on 3 for 3, 4 for 4, etc etc… I suggest “23” for a song sung by Pau, or Queen Of The Murder Scene for something a little heavier!!!😊⚡️

They are my favorite band and I’m bias of course ..but saying any band is best in the world is subjective. There are tons of great bands out there .Its impossible to say one band is the best ..The Warning”..is best band for me .
Justin, does your wife know? You're becoming a Disciple of three talented young ladies? Paulina is an even better piano player, and that's saying a lot! I saw her on a drum channel picking up the beats from songs she didn't know, and nailing them! All Three have "IT"! You definitely need "More"! Peace and Love.( Please don't "Choke" this one, If you don't "Evolve" that would be an "Error")!
If you think Pau singing was impresive then you should check out their song 23 from this same performance. IMO, she has to be one of the best singers behind the kit. Thanks for the reaction. 👍⚡⚡⚡

This wasn't too bad. Better than the previous one anyway, but i'm still missing a decent solo. She needs to get in touch with the gals from Lovebites, pick up some geet tips.
nah bro they’re good and there was nothing bad from the start.. TW has good solos in songs but every song doesn’t need it and Dany can shred.. plus they’re not really a metal band.. also I like Lovebites but TW are way more successful at doing what they’re doing already… TW is known for being a great all around solid rock band that touches many styles and not worried about being the most technical… I’m ready for this new album though🤘
Listen to Z, Martirio, XXICB, or Queen of the Murder Scene if you insist on a solo. But remember that Dany isn't into showing off. She played much flashier solos in their early cover days, so she definitely can, but they only add a solo if they consider that it would help the song. If you insist on a solo on every song, The Warning is not the band for you. They are not Lovebites (my fav of the major Japanese bands, as it happens) or vice versa; they are The Warning and play their own style. They are actually mutual admirers of Band-Maid.
Love bites and Japanese rockers are more about intricate guitar playing ,crazy solos etc ..The Warning “..doesn’t need to play like that ..Japanese rockers do because that’s what draws people for them . Complete rock TheWarning”..all the way .
They’re two 2 for 2 you say now. You could go 50 tracks deep and they’d be 50 for 50.
I was coming to say this… 🤘🏼
Outstanding reaction. So glad you came back to these ladies. You will love everything they do. I promise!

Enjoyed your reaction! Guitar solo - Queen of the Murder Scene or Z maybe? More of Pau singing - 23 or Dust to Dust? Same concert, of course.
Best band out there right now. All songs from this show are great. Enter Sandman, Choke, Animosity, 23, Martirio. Dive in and enjoy.
