Rur Dam

From 2003 to 2005 the operator decided to renew all bottom ourlet valves of the Rur Dam (Germany). Therefore VAG delivered (among other valves) 2 VAG KSS Hollow-Jet Discharge Valves DN 1800 with venting system and 3600 mm guide pipe. The hydropower plant and dam resumed operation in 2005 and, according to the operator the valves and pipe fittings supplied by
VAG have been working trouble-free and fully met all technical requirements since then.
