We’ve owned many vans . We have private and company vans all used as a electricians van(s). Our company vans a 2016 Renault trafic which in its time has had no issues other than the rear spring broke due to what I’m assuming is overloading .
We had a 2006 Vauxhall Vivaro that we got from a auction costing next to nothing and sold it in 2015 with 80k miles . Only issue that had was a failed handbrake .
Moved onto a 2015 Vivaro LWB which we’ve owned 4 years now . The only disappointing one as the turbo has failed at only 55k miles so we got another 2019 Vivaro 1.5 LWB . So far it’s a amazing van that’s very quiet on a motorway and driving around . Bought it from a major car dealer who sell Ex rentals . Was surpassingly very clean with only a few stone chips ect ect and 20k on the clock .
Over all in our experience . These vans are very good choice compared to other counterparts . They are mostly reliable ( depending on how they are treated ) and when you go to sell them . You’ll likely break even or loose very little . I’d highly recommend getting one of your in need of a cheaper van 👍

Owned 2 previous models, both spent plenty of time in the garage, this new model is smaller than the early version's, however under the bonnet many of the ancillary parts on this new model are the same as the original vivaro so expect trips to the garage from 70k miles upwards.

@@PM-vb4od well the story goes, when I turned with one of the vans at my local garage to book it in for its first service, boy did they roll around on the floor laughing and take the piss something chronic, they have looked after all my vans over the years so I know them very well, after the laughter had subsided and we got to talking they told me everything that would need replacing on that van as the miles ticked by, the list was big including EGR valve, starter motor, mobiliser, fuel censoring valve, ground censor, front position censor and thats only the ones I can remember and true to what they said yes they were replaced.
Having said that I could not fault the van its self or the actual engine, ots a good comfortable drive and the engine pulls well even when loaded, but lots of component parts on and around that engine to make it run failed as they predicted they would and like twins both vans more or less had the same things replaced on them as the milage racked up.
If you think I'm over exaggerating a quick look on the Vauxhall website to browse down the endless list of complaints about these vans is quite a compelling reason to think about buying one before you do, unless of course you have deep pockets and dont mind the local garage guys having three holidays a year.
On a more positive note I purchased a VW crafter in 2017, it now has 138000 miles on the clock and the guy at the garage dont even recognise me anymore as it only goes in when a service is required and still drives like the first day I bought it.

Great review!! The Citroen Dispatch has reliability issues, faults with Nox sensors and adblue injection pump! Hopefully Vauxhall has sorted these problems!! 😃

Why have the psa group reduced the spec on vehicles and offered no compensation

These are great vans for courier work, local or distance.

Watch out on that under-seat storage. With the FlexCargo hatch, the under-steat storage shrinks to half the width of the middle seat, and is pretty useless as a result.

Ruined a good van. Like all tradesmen carry ply vertically because vans are racked out. You can’t get it though the back doors as it’s to small

I agree awful van and the twist you have to perform to use that laptop drop down clipboard thing just makes you back hurt even more than driving it.

i would not recommend this car.
It’s my second Vivaro in one year.
The first delivered in February 2020, but the dealer took it back because there were all kinds of factory errors. The second was delivered in November 2020. Also with these van all kinds of electronics problems. The car will be sold as soon as possible and I will look for another brand. Never again this brand!

I have one of these vans.
It's a piece of crap. Do not buy one.
    It's ultra flimsy.
The locking system is pound shop quality.
The gear box is pound shop quality.
The panels are so thin that when it's cold they shrink and bend.
The clock adds about 2 minutes per month so have to keep resetting it.
If you stall it you get stick in the middle of the road for about 5-10 seconds before it will let you restart which is dangerous.
If you're on the phone the clock disappears so you look like an idiot when you dont even know what the time is.
The stereo unit turns itself off while driving.
The rear doors don't stay open unless the van is on a completely flat surface. Any tilt and the doors don't stay open.
The sliding door locks fell off.
All the parts are Peugeot / Citroen stamped.
    My verdict:
All in all it's a total and utter piece of crap.
