Why I do not book tours by Viator

You have many options when booking travel. Unfortunately, you cannot "wish" that all goes good when you book online; things do go wrong, more than what we want. Chances are you took one trip, and things went ok, but you won't know; as we know, the number of last-minute cancelations, we see, we, thousands of travel professionals, work in a close network, and we share feedback, refunding the money is not a solution, and does not repay the stress it causes.
Today's savvy traveler understands that you are investing your time and savings, which should be protected by the knowledge of your travel advisor.

They are horrible! We showed up a few minutes before start of a tour and the tour guide was already gone. I tried getting my money back and they refuse. I put a dispute with my card and now they are fighting telling me about me signing a contract with them and I’m responsible for paying them or they will send me to collections.
