I enjoy your content but the "My dear listeners" stuff gets to be too much. Less is more.
Same thoughts here. That and if you did a drinking game with just one of the flowery words in the vid you’d be dead.
Love a bit of purple prose, but you can only really afford to use the words “symphony of” once before it becomes a bit much.
That said, its still the most in-depth vid I’ve seen on Waterdeep with a lot of good info and inspo.

I do like this video. And I think AI art is competent at churning out the content of fantasy world building. But do not give Ai generated images the credit beyond that. It is basically a soulless mockery.
Ai art is the fake breasts of illustration. it’s sort of almost impressing you, but it’s not quite connecting to you. It’s impossible to explain to someone who hasn’t devoted their life to creating art; Ai generated images are infact grotesque in every aspect, it mocks what made our history of painting and even early illustration special.
N.C. Wyeth, Normand Rockwell come To mind for the kind of illustration that birthed the illustration world. And that entire world was birthed of masters of the renaissance or 19th century France or Russia, or Dutch painters etc etc. that was naturalism meets human ability and life long journeys bleeding out into art careers. The people that make illustrations for fantasy games/books/ etc are essential to make things. Or we are forfeiting something special to machines. Another algorithm, infinitely adaptable and powerful, yet soulless with only the purpose of generating attention or numbers for the finances of non creative humans, and eventually just for itself as its soulless purpose.
But yeah dude, isn’t it funny how mich lore authentic it is than the WOTCs used to be?…..
