Yes u have to write the intro and conclusion...
But no need to mention the heading as such intro and conclusion....just write paragraph wise...atleast i didnt mention it

Nothing mentioned about Henry fayol theory of management still there was question from this and this is a static portion how to get an idea about this this
Last year also there was a question from static portion but it was not at all mentioned in the syllabus how to deal with this
Mr. Henry fayol is the father of Modern Management...
And in the syllabus...it is mentioned .... evolution of thoughts of different management...so by default u have to cover... it...

But time was limited so i didnt gave much time to newspaper as such and focused on articles only

Sir apart from English discriptive ,does examiner cut marks for grammatical mistakes ,capital,small,full stop with no spellling mistake in esi and fm and if it does how much marks does one loose?
The checking parameters are not common knowledge...
So i guess try to minimise mistake, so that u can fetch good marks..
And yes spelling mistake is not accepted

Static can be completed in 2 months also if you give 8..9 hours daily...
And the yes all the prep can be managed in 6..7 months given ur consistent and focused
