Finally! A RUclips video of this siren in action! I was one of the first to discover this replacing the 2T22. I was driving with my dad back from the recycling center down the road. And we passed this siren up. At first I was really bummed out cause 2T22's are one of my favorite sirens and this particular one like others sounded beautiful. It just came out of know where like you said. I was amongst the people who thought this was a 2001-130. But another drive by a few months later, I look at the space between the holes in the back of the horn and I was like "that's has to be an 8 port no doubt. That's an equinox" I'm actually glad it's an equinox and not a 130. They arent very common and it's really nice to have one in my home town. Also heard it briefly at times during the May 7th storms. Still wondering what happened to that 2T22 though. I also dident know this was presumably supposed to replace the STH-10 (which is still there as of August 2024). Quite the interesting backstory there. Anyways, really nice video! RIP Brookfield 2T22.
