I have a simple presentation to do an overview of the view board, the toolbars, Vcast, Capture/Screen Recording, magic tools/images, and file management. Where are the BEST resources to help my prepare. I’ve watched all the videos, but still am looking for information.
Yes sir, actually that's how the pen is designed. Pointy side is always pen, it overides whatever tool is active. If you want to change the color/size of the pointy side please touch the pen icon once (with the pointy side) to activate it, then again (with the pointy side) to open up the pen menu for the pointy side. Once you change your thickness/color the pointy side will reflect those changes. Note that you could have highlighter on thick side, pen on pointy side. Infinite Canvas on touch/thick side and pen on pointy side. Hope this makes sense!

Currently there is not a vertical option for the ViewBoard series.

my pen is very bad. when I write on board by thin pen or by thick pen the thin is writing instead of thick and vies versa
