They don't have any such struggle which can be generalized and hence don't work as an insight for broader audience. Therefore, those podcasts don't have much depth, neither much information. These always start with "how did you come up with your idea of making a channel/appear in a dance reality show/work as a model", and then it's pretty much over. There is no topic to talk with them. These people haven't seen life yet. I think they are fine for 20 minutes "favorite color, favorite food, favorite place" type interviews, but for podcasts it's still too early for them. I am not singling out Rafsan here, saw the same with people like Safa Kabir, Ridy sheikh, Amin hannan. They are maybe good entertainer (for some people), but not mature enough to share insight when compared to people like Ashiquzzaman Tulu. Even Salman Muqtadir's episode was enjoyable, as he sees life in an interesting way, and while we don't agree to it, it indeed gives food for thought.

Maybe the reason he does not have much friends, is that he is not a conversationalist, a skill that would also make the podcast more enjoyable to people maybe. But I think Jon Kabir's Podcast is a lot more than entertainment, being honest as an artist. Rafsan is an expert in his field, that is what matters. I am sure he has a lot of insights to share this wasnt just his day.
If you're invited to particpate in a podcast interview it's wise to brush up on your social and conversational skills. It signals respect to the host conducting the interview and above all the audience.
I wished I skipped this one man...Every Friday I get the suggested video right into my feed. This time I literally had to search and come to this! I have always appreciated Jon's view on life and his guest's perspective towards their journey. But this was a HUGE disappointment 🙄
I have seen few other podcasts where rafsan was the guest and those were so bad! But after watching him in John's podcast I thought maybe he has improved a bit to be the guest of this podcast. But but but! this was the worst of podcasts I have listened to where rafsan was a guest! Even john bhai was suffering, Rafsan might be a good content creator and even a good human being but please! He can not talk. He does not know how to talk. Please don't bring him in to any more podcasts. I love watching the crazy rafsan only.
John vai i think you should bring Sultan Rafsan khan vai Guitarist of Nemesis and Ashes i became his fan since i listened to ashes-17 prishta solo ,and Minerva`s-ashirbad solo still miss that guitar duo with galib vai also Defy band er gaan gulo still shuni I think rafsan vai is one of the most versatile guitars i mean he played all of those bands and all of them are unique with their genre but still he cracked the solo and riff everytime huge respect for that guy
I like Rafsan as an entertainer or food vlogger, but man, this is the only episode where I started watching it and then had to stop after some minutes. It seems he doesn't know how to talk, very very annoying to listen.
You have a great platform, and you have listeners who would come to your podcast and listen to the guest! You can bring people who value life more than money and success! You can even give a break to new bands who need help to create their platform! Let's try to touch lives rather than trying to increase your views! John bhai, I have been listening to your podcasts since they began. I think the discussions, the learnings and the ode you provide to some of your guests are exceptional. I think, as a reflection, I did enjoy your other episodes slightly more than this one. But that could be because I am a 90s kid and I was better able to relate to some of the earlier guests that had more to offer in terms of brutal honesty in the music/artist sphere.
