Tripura : Chakma Students and TIPRA Federation protest against atrocities in Bangladesh

The Tripura Chakma Students' Association (TCSA) on Saturday took out a protest rally in Agartala in protest against the alleged atrocities and killings of indigenous populations in Bangladesh's Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) by army.
Following the ousted of Sheikh Hasina's government in Bangladesh, violence against minorities and indigenous communities has been increased.
The members of TCSA raised slogans condemning the escalating attacks, arson, and killings in the CHT, where hundreds of indigenous people, particularly from the minority Buddhist Chakma community, have reportedly been targeted.
