The dealership never mentioned that you have to drive around 60 mph to get close to the 50 mpg. I have almost 10,000 miles on the exact same 2025 hybrid Sonata and only got 40mpg once or twice on the highway (normally 25 - 30) but never in town. The main reason i was getting it was for the has mileage so yeah that sucks.
Note I even went back to the dealership after a month to go with a different car/suv and they immediately would only give 3/4 of what I paid for it so i have to drive it for a while before I sell it and go back the Buick 6 cylinder that gets about the same gas mileage.
